      Pros

      Insight is a Fortune 500 company with a great company culture. Employees hired on automatically accrue sick pay, floating holidays and 2 weeks vacation. Their benefits package is decent and their company culture empowers their employees to manage their own business.

      Cons

      Opportunity for advancement has been discussed with me and my teammates, but no clear path within the company has been demonstrated.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
