A self-serving company with an employee orientated façade. - Account Executive Insight Employee Review

Pros

Thinking about it, I can't name any.

Cons

Internal infrastructure is chaotic, lacks support. Insight charges their salespeople for things that their competitors do not. Shipping charges and cost of goods from distributors for example. Stress is part of every job, but at Insight it is daily and much of it is because of Insight’s chaotic support and infrastructure. Unless you are a 10-year veteran your average pay will equate to about $15 an hour.

We are sorry to hear that you didn't value your time at Insight. We would appreciate it if you would be willing to share some of your concerns with us by sending your feedback to glassdoorfeedback@insight.com. Insight's pay structure is comparable to those that are also in the same industry as Insight and the opportunity to receive a merit increase is also provided year-to-year. Thanks for taking the time to write a review.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
