      Pros

      Great opportunity for entry level employees. Insight is a company that truly lives by their values and there is exponential amount of growth opportunities. I truly enjoy working for this company and to be surrounded by such smart, caring and talented individuals is a plus!

      Cons

      Sometimes you are waiting for client work which can be discouraging. Im hoping that as we grow we will have the right people, specifically knowledgeable in UX, to show the value we can bring to new clients.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
