      Pros

      The pay is decent, the workload is light, and we have been remote since Covid, generally like my coworkers and the work.

      Cons

      Promotions and raises are not as frequent as they should be, efforts often go unappreciated and unrecognized. Leadership is constantly shifting strategies and it's pointless to try to keep up with the latest jargon.

      We appreciate the honest feedback. The ability to work remotely is a major benefit as well as having a flexible working schedule. It also sounds like you enjoy those that you work with. As far as recognition, Insight has a fantastic employee recognition program where teammates can award points and recognize the efforts to those that they want to show appreciation towards.       Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
