      Pros

      Some Benefits are good. Some time flexibility.

      Cons

      Constant Chaos caused by Incompetent Management. If management needs to constantly keep changing everything, it means you keep failing. Managers fight. Managers yelling at employees. HR is not helpful. Poor employee morale and resignations. No diversity and inclusion especially when it comes down to opinion.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
