      Pros

      This used to be a good place. New leadership has ruined it

      Cons

      Quotas keep going up and pay keeps going down. Almost no one hits quota. The training is horrible. You will be forced into the office. Micromanaging is unbelievable. Leadership is clueless. The culture and values are lies. The truth here is fear and passive aggressive threats. This is a cult. Stay away.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
