Pay could be better depending on what you are doing and how long you've been there. It is corporate despite not being so client facing. You are more client facing than client executives. It takes about a year to learn the software and sometimes training can be hit or mis depending what manager you get. You gotta be more assertive than your managers most days. Operations wise some things are just very backwards and there is no changing it. Everything is microsoft suite and it's honestly the worst but manageable. The work is super repetitive so if you have other life aspirations then just know it takes up 90% of your our energy (even when i was remote).
Beware of corporate re-orgs often means people are being let go and there is no warning that your job position might be released ( again it's still corperate and still kinda cold)
