Pros

The pros at Insight are: - The people culture. Management is encouraging, supportive, and has a coaching mentality. - Promotions happen regularly, merit raises. - Plenty of templates and forums to ask questions and find resources. - Lots of internal growth opportunity, solid learning management system to upskill and take courses - Company will often reimburse for certifications

Cons

- This is a consulting business model, and because of that, project managers' success in the delivery area is measured on utilization and billable time. The issue is that the practice manager and resource manager is who assigns the project manager their opportunities. If there are low opportunities and the project manager is on the "bench" without a project, there is a high risk of layoff. - The company has been changing its overall business model in the last few years in rapid ways. A new CFO had recently come in and made drastic changes to the sales organization and the focus. This of course trickles down to the opportunities available to the delivery teams. It is a risky company to work for on the consulting side unless you keep your utilization consistent.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
