      - You’ll make great friends (depending on your department) - You win a lot of free stuff - You can work from home

      Cons

      - You get paid less than minimum wage - You get guilt tripped for using your vacation time, sick time etc. - They pile on work for you with NO pay increases - They have messed up paychecks on multiple occasions - Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing Management Style

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
