Pros
They worked very aggressively to find me a job in the DFW area. They have a very in-depth company database to choose from and they have taken the time to develop great relationships and contracts with some of the best companies here. I was impressed to find that they were able to place me so quickly and also provide me with a good salary which is difficult to get in today's economy. Also their benefits are pretty good, and they use premier carriers for health insurance
Cons
Lack of communication with onsite consultants seems to be a common complaint that I hear from other employees. That could be a positive trait if you are a person who doesn't care to hear from their agency. Otherwise the only other “Con” I have is no "Paid" days off. I was hoping to be able to accumulate days off, but that doesn't appear to be an option with this company.
