      Pros

      Working for Insight Global has been a tremendous opportunity. The energy of this company is through the roof, with incredible opportunities for advancement. I feel that all those responsible for my training are truly concerned with helping me achieve my goals.

      Cons

      Insight Global employees are extremely hard workers. Someone can't step into this company and expect to be an all-star without putting in the work.

      Pros

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
