Pros

I have worked at Insight Global for over two years now, and I have had an amazing experience so far. I was promoted into a professional recruiter role after 7 months, and ever since, the growth potentials have been incredible! Not only do you have a huge opportunity for financial stability, but the opportunities you have to move up within the company into leadership roles are endless. In addition to the opportunities that Insight Global provides, the working environment is second to none. When you work with Insight Global, you become part of a family, and you will be supported and encouraged every day here. Every has eachother's backs day in and day out, it is a very cool thing to see. It is also such a fun environment! I have met some of my now best friends here, and these are people I will be friends with forever! I can truly say I've had a wonderful experience working for Insight Global for the past two years, and I'm excited to see where else this company can take me.

Cons

This isn't a job for everyone. Expect to work extremely hard here! However, while you will work hard, you will play hard working here too!

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
