Pros

They got me a job

Cons

Very unprofessional. Was given incorrect information about the job I took- as in I was told a completely different job description. They had no idea what they were talking about. Nothing in writing, everything is “verbal”. They are extremely pushy and do not care if you are a good fit for a role or if it’s even the type of job you want they will corner you to take a role at all means necessary. They didn’t even file my tax information correctly so I owed thousands back to the state in tax season. You are a number to these people, they want you to turn permanent they so they make their $$ bonus off of you. They will not pay you what you are worth either. For example: if a company is paying $25/hr to have you they will pay $15/hr and tell you they can’t give you anymore so they can make that extra $10/hr on top of what the company pays them to get contractors. You’d be better off never working with this company. Only reason they are a “top”/“good” company is because they make money and the way they do that is to step on everyone possible and do whatever it takes to get there even if that means lacking every professional trait possible.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
