      Pros

      Insight Global was very professional during my recruitment. It was forty eight hours from their initial contact until they made an offer. I liked the online HR paperwork process. They have stayed in touch as needed since my starting work. I do like having a Health Savings Account.

      Cons

      It would be nice if the company would pay a portion of the health care and dental insurance. Paid vacation would be nice. The cell carrier I am working for does provide a discount on personnel cell phones but Insight Global has not established this benefit for the contract employees. It would be nice if they would work this out.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
