Pros

-opportunities for advancement -"work hard, play hard" mentality -coworkers are fun, ambitious, hardworking. I consider them friends outside of work too! -all promotions come from within (100% organic growth) -34 offices nationwide, opportunities for expansion -coworkers keep each other accountable -promotions based on quality of work, not on how long you've been with the company -2 day training at our headquarters in Atlanta within your first 2 months plus 2 company-wide conferences each year! -family-oriented company -the future of Insight Global looks positive: expanding into other fields such as finance, engineering, healthcare. Also expansion into other cities and even other countries -weekly meeting with your mentor helps you set goals/get promoted quickly

Cons

-Long hours, you're expected to be in the office at 7-7:20am and you don't leave till after 5-5:30pm -not a lot of personal time off your first 2 years -low base salary (although I will say that kind of motivates you to work hard and get promoted)

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
