Pros
In the two years I've worked with Insight Global, I've learned more than I did in four years of college. This business is one that consists of extreme competition, yet Insight Global has grown faster than anyone in our field. The processes that senior leadership created allows for a young and eager salesperson to become financially successful in a short period of time. In addition, there is a great working environment and an energetic staff.
Cons
This company is not for someone who isn't willing to invest a large amount of time toward a career at a young age. It is certainly a large commitment, but for those who are willing to put in the time, the rewards are exceptional.
