Pros
Insight Global was my first job out of college, much like it is for most of the individuals that join this company. The company takes in young, driven and ambitious individuals who are just looking for an opportunity to prove themselves in the real world. It is a company that believes in young people and promoting from within and understands that with a little TLC and hands on training you can groom them into extremely successful professionals at the young age of 22. My story is no different! I started with Insight Global in Raleigh, NC and after only 4 short months of recruiting I was able to prove myself and earn a promotion to Baltimore, MD. This was not an opportunity that I HAD to take, but was rather an opportunity that I was offered and simply could not turn down!!! Now here I am, as a 23 year old, running with extremely large and well-known clients in the government sector ... making a name for myself, planting roots within multiple companies, establishing credibility within the industry and already have my eye on other opportunities in leadership and across the country for that matter. The thing is, the opportunities are endless if you're willing to put in the hard work and effort!!!
Cons
I work a lot of hours, but I am among some of the hardest workers in the world and am proud to come in day after day. I do struggle with balancing my work and personal life, but it's not Insight Global's fault ... it's mine. They don't MAKE me stay after 5 and/or MAKE me come in on the weekends. It's my choice.
