Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at Insight Global are: the people, the work environment, and the opportunity for growth! The people that work for IGI are extremely driven and dedicated. Everyone is very excited about work and eager to be successful! The work environment is very productive and exciting! There are no cubicals and no IMing, everyone sits in "the pit" and can openly communicate and keep each other motivated and pumped up! The opportunity for growth is unlike any I've ever seen or heard. Opportunity is endless with Insight Global! You can be promoted to either a professional recruiter or account manager with in months. You will never work at company where you can get promoted into a management role as quickly.

Cons

This job/company is not for everyone; it a takes an extremely dedicate person to be successful with Insight Global. You will have to scarifice your personal time to excell in this career.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
