      Pros

      Professional development, hard work, satisfying, young and fun work environment, ever day is a different day. I truly feel Insight Global is the best place to start out of college. For someone like myself, rough around the edges, I really was able to development professional/corporate skills quickly. Where else can you interface with high-level executive managers on a daily basis? Everyone is type A: drive and focused

      Cons

      Inherently there is stress since we deal with different types of people daily. Having a high-sense of urgency, sometimes the government does not deliver as fast as i would like them to.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
