      Pros

      People are fun, energetic and young environment to work in, fast paced, you will never be bored, great happy hours after work with coworkers

      Cons

      Biggest pyramid scheme. Upper management receives all the rewards while lower level employees do all the dirty work. Extremely high turnover, management will tell you what you want to here just to keep you motivated, you will work 50 hour weeks and will still get in trouble for not having good enough numbers no matter how great they are.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
