      Pros

      I have worked here for 3 years and grown so much personally, professionally, and financially. Insight Global truly care about the people they invest in and will do whatever it takes to help you be successful! Also love the hybrid work environment and getting to work with some of the best people.

      Cons

      You have to be willing to work hard and stay self-motivated. If you want an easy job then this is not for you.

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
