Pros

Fully remote, very flexible, that's it

Cons

Contract work with extremely low conversion to full time, your role is dependent on which project manager you're matched with, 0 autonomy over your own role, easy to get lost in the mix of other project coordinators, benefits are fully out of pocket, no sick pay unless your state mandates it, Evergreen itself is extremely poorly managed, company itself is cultish

Pros

Can make good money, your coworkers are great

Cons

- work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
