- no 401k match even though it’s requested constantly
- no annual raises
- compensation based on market rate is A LIE. Management purposely makes up these obscure job titles so that they can lowball your salary and say that’s what the market rate is even though it’s actually not because whatever made up job title they used doesn’t exist in the “market.” If they used real life job titles for what roles are then they’d have to pay people $10k-$30k more
- extremely top heavy leadership that either gets nothing done or prioritizes the wrong thing altogether
- extreme, to the point of it being exhausting, micro management depending on what department you’re in. They try to say the micro management is to make our lives easier but that’s just not the case. Prime example of prioritizing the wrong things
- leadership is outright slimy. They love to post on LinkedIn about all of the wonderful things they do for their employees and culture but those things are simply lies and only benefits certain departments like HR or maybe Sales can enjoy. They don’t care about employees just their image on LinkedIn
- management is also completely indirect. If you’re not doing a good job they will never let you know or put you on a PIP. You’ll just wake up to a meeting on your calendar one Friday and be fired
- the product is horrible. If you have to work with it or be customer facing, be prepared to suffer through endless manual work and bugs. Be prepared to both constantly lie to the customer about the product and then have to scramble to fix things somehow when the customer notices it’s broken
- they won’t fix the product because they ignore things that should be classified as P1s. Big time Trump COVID-19 mentality in this company - if you don’t report any P1s then there are no P1s to fix.
