      Good in some ways, but don't epect security

      Pros

      Trust to get the job done with autonomy to boot. For the most part, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Many, many, many layoffs. I could count on my fingers how many layoffs there were in 3 years, but then I'd need more hands. A LOT of offshoring, likely a part of the regular 'restructuring'. Roles made non-viable in the US/EMEA and then shored off to India operations, including a very large chunk of Product and Engineering, as well as campaign operations such as Campaign Managers.

      Pros

      - Significant professional growth and learning from my leaders who became mentors and friends - Great memories of fun culture, team building, and company events before the company grew significantly and expanded the workforce internationally - Unlimited time off policy - Work/life balance - Cultivated friendships that I still have after leaving - Autonomy to work independently and make meaningful change

      Cons

      - As the company grew internationally, the culture declined - Favoritism - A formal professional growth program was never established while I was employed - "Us versus them" when India entity established
