Pros

- most of the employees are great people - due to Covid all employees are now able to work remote

Cons

- no 401k match even though it’s requested constantly - no annual raises - compensation based on market rate is A LIE. Management purposely makes up these obscure job titles so that they can lowball your salary and say that’s what the market rate is even though it’s actually not because whatever made up job title they used doesn’t exist in the “market.” If they used real life job titles for what roles are then they’d have to pay people $10k-$30k more - extremely top heavy leadership that either gets nothing done or prioritizes the wrong thing altogether - extreme, to the point of it being exhausting, micro management depending on what department you’re in. They try to say the micro management is to make our lives easier but that’s just not the case. Prime example of prioritizing the wrong things - leadership is outright slimy. They love to post on LinkedIn about all of the wonderful things they do for their employees and culture but those things are simply lies and only benefits certain departments like HR or maybe Sales can enjoy. They don’t care about employees just their image on LinkedIn - management is also completely indirect. If you’re not doing a good job they will never let you know or put you on a PIP. You’ll just wake up to a meeting on your calendar one Friday and be fired - the product is horrible. If you have to work with it or be customer facing, be prepared to suffer through endless manual work and bugs. Be prepared to both constantly lie to the customer about the product and then have to scramble to fix things somehow when the customer notices it’s broken - they won’t fix the product because they ignore things that should be classified as P1s. Big time Trump COVID-19 mentality in this company - if you don’t report any P1s then there are no P1s to fix.

Thank you for providing feedback to us. You have shared a lot that you would clearly like to see changed. We will be distributing this review to internal leadership to share your sentiments. Despite your perspective, we can assure you we read and respond to each review with not only words but with action. As a long term Integrator you also know every piece of feedback we receive internally is also addressed publicly at our Town Halls. We are confident in our efforts to create an environment that is people focused, where employees feel safe to come forward with feedback and do not shy away from areas of improvement. We expect to be challenged directly, but it must come from a place of care and a true desire to be helpful

Pros

This company was averaging 1 review per month and then suddenly in March (after a few bad reviews) there are 10 positive reviews that are all fake. I work here and word got around that C-level management could not deal with the truth in all the negative reviews so they had people submit a bunch of fake reviews.

Cons

The above actions are what Integrate is all about at the core (shady business practices). They claim to be a technology company because being a marketing/media company is not good enough for the CEO but they are a marketing company and always will be. I think the CEO is Australia now for Men's Health Magazine for another self promotion trip.

Although Integrate has experienced triple digit growth over the past five consecutive years, we have always focused on providing a workplace that empowers and enables our employees to grow and succeed. We do not condone fake reviews, and welcome honest and open feedback from all employees, candidates, and customers. Integrate is committed to creating an environment that promotes radical candor. We’ve been operating at full speed, and thanks to our talented team, we’ve introduced an entirely new category to the market and are rolling out great new features to our SaaS platform over the course of 2019. As a company, we know that this amazing growth would not be possible without valuable Customer Success team members like yourself.

Pros

There are a lot of strong players on the team in leadership and in the day to day staff and there is some good camaraderie within the individual business units. The company also does a good job of allowing certain people to move into different roles if they're better suited for another position within the organization.

Cons

The problem starts at the top where the CEO simply is not engaged whatsoever. He achieved success as an athlete early on and is more focused on growing his celebrity than he is upon helping the company achieve any level of success. While he pays lip service to his "5 pillars" of company values, that's all it is since he does not exemplify any of them and, in turn, neither does the company itself. The problem with the CEO is only made worse by the fact that he's constantly posting pictures and videos of himself, in exotic locations, skiing, skateboarding, riding bikes, etc., in the middle of the week, while the rest of the company is working it's tail off to try to hold things together. In other words, not only does he not uphold the standards he expects from everyone else, he rubs his exploits in the company's face. While a poor CEO might be overcome by a good product, that's a problem as well. The 2nd generation product which was supposed to be complete two years ago, is still struggling to get off the ground and, as a result, customer retention is a major problem. It would be easy to blame the dev and product teams for this shortfall but, when they're not given the resources to execute at even the basic level, it's tough to blame them for not delivering on an almost unattainable master plan. Finally, from an employee standpoint, they seriously underpay a huge portion of their staff while expecting long hours and superstar performances. The account management and customer success groups are the biggest victims here where they are the backbones of the entire organization but treated like step-children. There are a variety of other, serious, problems with Integrate but I think that's enough for now. Given the breadth of problems with Integrate today, I would advise job seekers to look elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We respect everyone’s perspective and its helpful to hear yours. We agree that we have talented teams and support interests in other areas of the company and life. There is no doubt that Jeremy, our CEO, has lived a life in the spotlight due to his accomplishments in athletics and business. In a culture study sent out to our team in February of 2019, one of the areas that we captured feedback on was “I have confidence in the executive leadership team.” Over 90% of the company agreed or strongly agreed with this statement. The fact is Jeremy has done a phenomenal job overseeing the strategy of the business during multiple chapters of growth and has done an exceptional job recruiting some of the most talented executives in the enterprise SaaS space to Integrate. We have also introduced Product squads to focus on specific areas in our platform and provide specialized attention to make improvements. We are excited about our partnership with LinkedIn and our recent acquisition of Listenloop to further provide solutions to our customers and their demand orchestration efforts
