Money, bonus, stock benefits - nothing else

Cons

Management will actively sabotage promotion, culture is full of nepotism, managers will ask you disgusting questions on personal life, overtime for no pay, management will demean you at all opportunities.

- lunch credit - 3 days in office, 2 days wfh

Cons

* no sign-on bonus or initial rsu grant; stock is granted at year-end and still subject to a 5-year vesting schedule * 401k match takes 6 years to fully vest * very old tech stack, with little to no effort to modernize anything * most engineering managers have been here for 15+ years and seem fairly out of touch with how modern tech companies operate; communication is difficult and there’s a noticeable lack of vision
