Good Position for a college grad

Good employees to work beside. Nice facility

Awful management and supervisors. They have no interest in improving the plant or looking out for the people working under them. They’ll happily give you two or three jobs and expect you to perform all of them without compensation. Oh and god forbid anyone goes on vacation, they’re not going to fill that spot while they’re gone. Way too many politics going on at the upper levels that always trickles down to the floor. There’s a reason this company continuously loses money on their box manufacturing side. Not a bad place to make money for a year but do not make any plans on staying. Worst place I’ve worked in my life. I would recommend all of my enemies to work here
