      - Most of the Employees are helpful, knowledgeable and are good source of resource - Some of the people in higher management are rookies in man management, they can't develop an employee or treat them nice.

      Cons

      Technically lagging, too much 3rd party involvement.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
