      Pays well, good people, lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Work life balance is basically non-existent. Long hours without consideration for employee well being. On call 24/7 365 for the smallest of issues that should be resolved at operator or foreman level.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
