      White paper in the uncoated freesheet is a declining market. Tissue or brown paper is where you need to go.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
