      Pros

      IP takes very good care of their employees and there is a lot of movement within the groups.

      Cons

      1930's style management, managers don't talk to workers. Everyone is to worried what "level" they are. Too many people means not much to do for may people.

      Pros

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
