Pros
IP has numerous opportunities if you are willing to move and can adapt to living in smaller, rural locations. The Memphis headquarters provides a broad range of jobs and young professionals with drive will typically excel and be recognized. Compensation is above average for the industry.
Cons
Bureaucracy is still an issue, though it improved over the time I worked there. Career paths are relatively specific and those who do not get experience in manufacturing, may find it hard to advance to senior levels.
