      Fair compensation , great work environment , work and life balance is very good. Great friends. Up to date on hr practices

      Cons

      Not agressive on promotions and very conservative. They could be less worried about years of experience and focus on deliverables

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
