Pros
Really long tenured people, outstanding toolbox of processes (if overly used sometimes), solid market in containerboard for long-term stability, long term strategic thinking/outlook at business-wide level.
Cons
The culture is deeply embedded in the old way of doing things, processes are overly complicated, and HR manipulates pay bands to continually downgrade effective salaries by posting down a position level, especially (it seems) when women backfill males in the same roles. Health insurance is horrible - expensive and doesn't cover anything.
