Decent benefits, decent pay for the area, open to flex hours, and a hybrid environment to suit individual needs.
Cons
Due to recent layoffs, too much work is assigned to a single individual. Every assignment is supposedly top priority now after adopting the “80/20 mindset”, so the workload balance is nonexistent. Health insurance isn’t always ideal since recent shift, previous doctors are now out of network.
