Pros

- Great company that lives its values. - Brad Smith is a pretty cool dude to have for a CEO. Charismatic and down to earth. - Very talented team, pretty friendly, easy to worth with. - Exciting and engaging environment. - Nice building, with lots of free perks, including bunches of free food and snacks. - Employees feel valued by the company. - Great total compensation package: salary, benefits, training, and a bunch of other stuff. - Decent amount of opportunity to take on more responsibilities and grow your career. - Your voice will be heard.

Cons

- It's a struggle to keep the business running under two decades worth of tech debt. - Too many mandatory meetings for those who require extended periods of concentration for maximum productivity. - Bit of a rumour mill problem when I was there. Can be personally hurtful and toxic to the team health. - Some low performers are tolerated instead of replaced. Not sure why.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
