      Pros

      Open door policy, management very attentive to their teams, but could use some development. Great company events.

      Cons

      While development options are available the compensation for management and upper level executives does not seem to be on par with other companies. Outdated technology.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
