No structure, bad management - Anonymous employee Jabil Employee Review

There was no structure at all. The management didn't know what to assign me so I was just doing coffee runs and random tasks. Management was unorganized and unethical. Demanded more work than I was paid (which was not much at all). Was not understanding when I had a family emergency and fired me without discretion. Building looked sad and worn down.
