      Nepotism is rampant. Gave away a lot of my free time to this company thinking I was making a difference only to be canned. Management treats employees like cattle. Leadership in name only. Pay was subpar.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
