Expirence Not Great - Anonymous employee Jabil Employee Review

The work life balance was terrible, every week there was a schedule change. Salary was expected to work 9-10 every week even during down time and come in on the weekends whenever management deemed necessary. There was a lot of plant issues that needed to be addressed but was pushed off until it failed.
