      Great company, great systems in place, huge growth expected in the near future

      Cons

      The structure required to support the expected growth has to be strong and already in place If not, people will be burnt due to the work overload

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
