      Pros

      Benefits, Profit sharing, 401k match, nice break room.

      Cons

      10-13 hour days, stay at an hourly rate. do not go salaried. You will be required to work long days, so its best to stay at an hourly rate. I usually work 50-55 hours a week, so the time and half wage is worth the long hours. If you work on salary, you are basically working Thursday and Friday for free.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
