Pros
Very few. The folks in the trenches are good people to work with. Hard working and long-tenured for the most part.
Cons
It’s a sweat shop with management at the plant level that has absolutely no clue. Their is no respect or integrity among the management team. Strong-arming and intimidation tactics are how pretty much everything is managed. Want something done? Yell louder and use more profanity than anyone else in the room. If you’re planning on attending their job fair on 1/18, I would highly recommend forgetting about it..unless you enjoy being treated like garbage and working for more hours and for less money than most other manufacturing jobs in the greater Tampa Bay Area.
