Such a big company with so many people that are so busy there is no time or resource for proper communication. Problems are not easily addressed. Thousands of work instructions with flaws and lack of clarity. Improper or no time studies done to properly reflect expected work rates. Majority of all rates are originated from a cubicle with no hands on realistic experience. The biggest would be the company stresses employee input and contribution emphasizing a progressive and open minded platform, yet once You reach the floor it is a completely different world and about numbers rather than quality. Those that achieve the numbers expected rise above those meeting the true quality they claim to be priority. Anyone seeking self achievement and pride in what they do should not have much expectations here.
