Jabil Tempe- an awful place to work - Anonymous employee Jabil Employee Review

Not very forward thinking company. VERY political and do not listen to the employees suggestions. HR is a not there for best interest of the company they are there for their friends and the Managers not the rest of the employees. Lots of family and friends being hired on whether or not the are the right fit for the company or not. No analytically decisions made. thats why this site is being shut down. The employees are over worked and under paid!
