      Pros

      If you like working OT, this is the place for you. Jabil appreciates its employees and is accommodating with time off when needed.

      Cons

      Salaried employees are expected to put in a lot of hours. The expectation is that your phone is glued to your hip and that you log in from home afterhours and on the weekend.

      The work isn't hard for the pay

      Cons

      The company is disorganized and supports harassment doing nothing against those that harass others and attempt to incite violence but will immediately fire anyone who stands up for themself
