      Jabil is a great compamy to work for. The profile itself is interesting and you can learn a lot about production industry while working here. Salary is competitive if you are in an associate or mid-senior position, however the entry level salaries are in low range.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the success of a department strongly depends on the decisions of the high management. If the management is incompetent in coordination and prioritizing, it could have a direct negative effect on loyalty.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
