Pros
As a large organization, every org/group is very different. You can't say that there is a global culture that applies for the entire organization. Your work/job will be dependent on your team. The team I work for is amazing, very supportive, reasonable, friendly, diverse. You will work with people from all over the world. Good pay. No micromanagement.
Cons
Difficult to work with Corporate IT, frequent layoffs, collaboration with other groups. Because you work with people from all over the world, you will constantly get emails/have meetings at different times. Not an 8 to 5 job. Work life balance.
