You learn a lot of things about many technologies than on other industries. You also learn a lot about quality in general. Easy to move to different positions at first.
Cons
The company awards the bad employees: If you like to harass people, skip work, yell at others, this is your place. If you like to work, be kind and smile you won't last much. The harassment seems to be an enterprise world-wide company value, specially on the IT corporate team. Enterprise still is ruled by managers alone (what they say is what must be done), and the only way to get real money is becoming a manager. And something that sucks really bad: The company dictates when you can have vacations, and they usually force you taking them all during xmas season (should you take vacations other day, you won't receive any salary, provided they still consent you taking "extraordinary" vacations)
