      Pros

      Great place to work, friendly environment in the IC department.

      Cons

      Raises are next to nothing, .30 cents a year, big whoop. Promotions are based on who you know and not on how much you know.

      Pros

      Good for a building resume, can learn a lot from the server manufacturing industry.

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow anyone to sit down and work on the production floor, timesheet clock in and clock outs are very strict, to the minute. Communication between shifts is horrible.
